Mary Russ has been Executive Director since 2006, working with the Board of Directors to coordinate organizational administration, fundraising, community relations, marketing, and staff management. Mary started volunteering with the WRP while getting her Master of Environmental Law and Policy degree from Vermont Law School in 2001. She enjoys exploring the watershed by foot, bike, canoe, and skis with her family.
Greg Russ joined the WRP as Monitoring Coordinator in 2009 and Project Manager in 2010. Greg is also on the Board of the Greater Upper Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited. When Greg is not managing on-the-ground projects for the WRP, he’s fly fishing, paddling, skiing, or getting lost in the woods with his family.
Dan ‘Rudi’ Ruddell joined the WRP as Monitoring & Education Coordinator in 2016. Rudi manages water quality monitoring programs in summer and school-based watershed education programs in fall, winter, and spring. Rudi wears many other hats in the watershed and beyond, including lister and floodplain administrator for Tunbridge, environmental consultant with Redstart Forestry, soccer referee, and musician to name a few.
