Help the WRP work with schools to create outdoor classrooms on the White River = $3,000.
The WRP is organizing a WRP Community Bid for the upcoming Landscape Auction on Saturday, August 14. A community bid allows a group of individuals to pool their resources in order to “adopt” a landscape element collectively. Other local groups will be participating in the Landscape Auction via a community bid, including the local chapter of Trout Unlimited and Vermont Law School’s staff and faculty.
How to participate
We invite all WRP members to make a donation – of any size – by mailing a check to the WRP or by making an online donation via our new Google Checkout button. On August 14, a WRP representative will bid up to the amount donated by WRP members on an item that is within the price-range.
What we’ll get
We hope to bid on a nature conservation item in the $2,000 – $5,000 range. For more information about these items, visit the Landscape Auction project website.
